APPLYING FOR THE PROPERTY Once you have viewed a property and decide to apply, we require an application form to be fully completed for each Tenant over 18 years of age.
We require a form of photographic identification such as driving licence, passport or National Identity Card for each applicant plus copies of your latest 3 month bank statements.
Acceptance of this application form does not constitute an offer of a tenancy. Once the landlord is willing to proceed with full referencing you will be required to pay a holding deposit equivalent to 1 weeks rent and full reference checks will be taken up with employers, accountants and previous landlords if applicable.
The holding deposit is only effective for 15 days. It will not be refunded if you withdraw your application during this time, give false information on the application form which would affect the tenancy, fail the Right to Rent check or if you fail to take all reasonable steps to enter into a tenancy agreement within the 15 day time frame.
If your application is successful the tenancy agreement will be drawn up and you will then be asked to come to our office to sign paperwork and pay the full deposit which will be secured for your protection. If you are unsure of your obligations you should take independent legal advice before signing.

Prior to moving in you will have to pay the first months' rent. This final amount needs to be in cleared funds into our bank account or by Bankers Draft or Building Society cheque. Keys will not be provided if funds have not cleared. NB. We do not accept credit cards payments.
