Someone from Upstix will always attend viewings so prospective tenants will not be left to introduce yourselves.

Tenants can be confident when renting through Upstix that they will be treated as well as landlords. The landlord is looking for a tenant with an income of 2.5 times the annual rent.

  • Full Deposit – 5 weeks rent
  • Holding Deposit – 1 week rent
  • The holding deposit is only effective for 15 days and creates a binding conditional contract between you and the landlord.
  • The holding deposit will not be refunded if you withdraw your application during this time, give false information on the application form which would affect the tenancy, fail the Right to Rent check or if you fail to take all reasonable steps to enter into a tenancy agreement within the 15 day time frame.
